1 inch throttle body
I think I speak for everyone when i say: what the **** are you talking about?
you need to be alot more detailed about what you did. if you really installed a 1" tb, then I think I know why you're having problems.

define "revs up and down"
does that mean that idle is irradic? what rpm range is it revving itself to?
did you leave any vacuum lines loose? did you use a gasket when you installed it?
you'd have to show pictures of what you did for me to be any help. start by posting your car's year and model, and any details you have about it and maybe one of the other accord guys can help.

did you use a gasket? did you reconnect all vacuum lines? did you adjust the throttle cable? and what year/specific model is your accord?

Well when you disconnected everything did you check to make sure tha you reconnected all the vacum lines correctly? Cause just because you connected them doesn't mean they're in the right places. Also, I'm not familiar with the way the car meters the incoming air but do you think you could have either damaged the Mass Airflow meter or the like or the Throttle position sensor? Just a thought?
