Default what cams are better type s cams or skunk2 stage 1 cams??
which ones are better,i heard u dont need springs and retainers for stage one sk2 cams.

skunk2 stage 1's are the most agressive w/out the need of a valvetrain. below that is the crower stage 1, then the type s.
