Integra wheel question

'98-'01 gsr. how much do stock wheels weigh, whats the offset on them, what size are the stock ones?

so http://www.jaydm.com/slipstream.htm those would only fit in the 16" right? because the 15" is 40mm offset or does it not make that much of a difference?
