Ok..I'm thinking about doing the JDM EF9 conversion..I heard that I can use the USDM radiator support and all i need is bumper, hood, fenders, lights, and bumper support...am i right or wrong?

yup....im special....
as you can see, alot of other people on this board would disagree with you
many people favor the JDM front end over the bland USDM counterparts,
such as Jeff, he wants one
Trinity, she wants one
the JDM craze goes on....

hmmm...now you guys haven't answer my question
"do I need radiator support to finish this conversion or no?"
Plus the reason I'm doing it is not because it's a trend, but because my car is rusting like crazy and do the whole conversion would be cheaper than bodykits

Not to start a big thing here but... It's like clock work to see those damn pics at any mention of the overused term 'jdm'. Based on the fact that you mention jdm this and jdm all the time, you actually have no idea way jdm style is all about....
I do enjoy seeing pics of peoples rides and sheit but come on.

go ahead and turn the torch on me now.

basically, i think that "JDM" is used for stuff that us suckers never got to have, ie. ZC stuff, B16a's and the likes.
actually, that isn't a JDM conversion at all. that style of front end was also offered basically everywhere BUT america. i do believe CANADA might have even gotten a couple, and i know europe has 'em.
bah...

I don't see the point in paying all that money for a JDM Front-end conversion. Why not just go with a WW RS kit or another mugen style kit. I personally think it looks better. Just my .02
If your question is do you need the radiator support, then the answer is yes.
Pretty much everything is different on the JDM front end. By the way if your looking to purchase one i might be able to get you a good price.
