Do the ITR's come stock with moonroof's in Australia? Or is it just an option?

 

Nope....it was an 'after-market' option - offered by the dealer, where I bought the car from. I don't believe any ITR's roll off the factory floor, with a Moon-roof fitted!?

 

Glad you liked it....it was taken about 1 year ago, on one of our weekend's away. I was the ONLY 'Type R' on that weekend, but it matter not one bit.

Given you're talking about MY car, I can assure you - it is every inch a 'real' ITR.

I have a question for u ppl in Australia, what's the difference between the Yellow, Black, and White license plates? thanx in advance

 

Usually it will vary from state to state, for example -

VIC (Victoria, Melbourne) = dark blue on white.
NSW (New South Whales, Sydney) = black on yellow.
QLD (Queensland, Brisbane) = Green on white.
ACT (Australian Capital Territory, Canberra) = blue on white.

But if you pay for 'personalised' plates (like mine - TYPR.00), then you can choose from a variety of colour combinations.

 

Yep, it's your beloved white ITR in all it's glory....may it rest in piece and your ex-mate (who crashed it) suffer a painful death (just kidding).

this is a bit off topic but are you shooting these pics with a digi cam or with an slr?
they look like there from a 35mm just by the grain of the pictures.

Yeah, I've taken the photos with an 35mm SLR....a Canon 'EOS-500N' with a 28-80mm lens, to be exact. I only use Fuji film and then I have them developed a reputable shop.

Scanning wise....I'm using a Canon 'CanoScan D66oU' flat-bed scanner and all of these pictures, I've scanned @ 150dpi (saved with 'medium' detail, under Adobe 'Photoshop').

Hey wait a min, how come the red type r's have a sunroof and the white ones dont? type r's have sunroofs? what the hell?

 

It's nothing to do with the colour or the country....ITR's do NOT come from the Honda factory with S/R. Read one of my above posts, it explains everything!
