Default JRSC with SI tranny---hondata

I've just aquired a 00 Civic SI tranny and was wondering if you guys think that it would be a good combo with the JRSC on my 01 ls. I just didn't know if it would have problems getting power to the ground with the shorter gears. Also....I need hondata bad. I have a guy that will tune it..but I don't know which one to buy. I just need something basic that will be better than the JRSC management. Pretty much stock other than I,E,H pushing about 8 PSI. Thanks!!
