Default Worth Cutting Bumper?? (PICS 56k ok)

I want to cut my front bumper for more air to go to my intercooler, but I dont know if i want to cut up a perfect front bumper. Is the power gain worth the cutting? There is another 5-6inches of the core hidden up in the bumper.

Just want to get some opinions on what everyone else thinks.

Sorry about the size of the pics, don't know how to resize them...

This is how I did mine. My intercooler is also anodized black to help hide it.

I don't think it will be too noticable. Larry

Looks like you need to do some cuting on the bottom first bro
I would leave it that way for the streets
Cut up another one for the track

I would keep it like that ... you wont see any difference if you cut your bumper anyway....

I have some pics that i could give you of my front bumper cut. It gave me the chance to show the IC back more and set it a little higher. It's easy to cut and doesn't have to look great since no one will see it anyway. Peace

Deff. Don't cut it, I doubt the difference would even be noticable. Maybe when you log IAT's it would show up a degree or two cooler. Just spray some co2 on there before runs if you are that worried about it.

the man himself has spoken, I think I have mad my decision.

I dont think the extra 10hp is worth hacking up such a nice bumper.

i dont even think the extra air flow is going to drop anything more then 5-10 degrees
remember 10 degree drop is 1% HP gain... not work 2-3 hp for such a nice bumper
