Default why do I have water in my floor board????????

Ok I FINALLY got some internet back since frances hit us... dont ask!!!
When the huricane was finally gone and had a chance to drive the prelude I noticed a considerable amount of water on my passenger side floor.

Now here is the kicker there is no leak in the roof, moonroof, or the windsheild. When it rains it gets wet only on the passenger floor. No where else not on the seat or anyother part higher than the floor. THE FLOOR ONLY. How the hell does this happen????

maybe but the seal is in good shape. It doesnt show any signs of a leak anywhere at all. I never see any leaks while driving it but as soon as I stop and let it sit it starts accumulation water some how.

No problem about the lip. I was gonna just throw it away anyway. Nopi was alright a little too much rice for my taste though. (The professional show cars dont count in that I mean the ones people like you and I could enter)

Either way it was fun

an exgirlfriend of mine had a 01 Lancer, it had excessive water in the floor board.. it was the AC drainage system plugged up on the condinsation tube. Check for the AC condensation runoff stem somewhere on the firewall..

This happened to my old lude once. The one of the sunroof drain valves got disconnected...and the drain valve was dumping into the passenger floor board. It is up under the dash. It would make the floor soaked when it rained. The tube is easily pulled out if you are messing around down there. The drain tubes run down the A pillar inside the car, into a little grommet that directs the water out of the passenger compartment, and into the fender area.

there's also a bunch of wires running from outside the fenderwell into the passenger compartment; it is sealed w/ a rubber grommet thing. Look at where the passenger's feet sit; then look to the right, in front of the door jam. Pull back the carpet and you should see what i'm talking about. See if the rubber boot is torn around the wires.
