don't ask for too much now.
let's see. first you have a jdm h22 in your car and if you keep it you plan on yankin it out to put in a h22a7?? why not just save all that money and BUILD your h22a?
sc300TT - have you done research on this? talk about NOT being cheap

like daboy says its not gonna be cheap, think about also the labor involved. .. my main concerns
1.most sc300's are automatic
2. engine wiring
i dont think this is a feasible swap for someone on a budget

if money is not an issue, go for the sc300. and when purchasing your 2jz, try purchasing the non ETCS (electronic throttle control system) blocks (93-95 i believe). 2jz into 240sx project is goin slow. wiring up an etcs ecu is tricky. the ecu is look for a wheel speed sensor input in a car that is non ABS equipped. thinkin about disabling and switching to cable operation to save head aches. what im trying to say is try and pic a motor with the same availible options on the sc300. it'll be a lot easier than putting a 2jz into a nissan tho.
oh yeh, if you live in cali, how do u expect to pass emissions with a 2jz turbo in a sc300?

turbo'ing the non turbo 2jz that already comes in the sc300 is really a pain. the turbo 2jz swap would be about the same price of a turbo kit and everything else needed to turbo the sc300, but having a lot more potential. with the turbo kit on the sc300, normal outputs are like 310hp stock everything else. might as well just do the swap when you could be 300hp stock. boost controller, cams, exhaust, 400 plus is easy.
cheap ....ahahahahahahahahahahahahaa! no hobby is cheap unless you collect boogers under your chair . i know i have a fine collection myself . (adding to it right now).
what kind of moron would you be for swapping a h22a for a euro r h22? buy a euro r manifold for 200$ and buy some skunk2 stage 2's and put down 20 more hp than a damn euro r. sounds like a ricer proposition to me
