How many amps does 99accord put out?
need to find out if i need to upgrade my alternator or not so i need to know how many amps the alternator puts out. Also, how many amps does the cars electrical system take to run, 50 or so? 1999 Honda accord EX

-thanks</TD></TR></TABLE> Go to any batt. outlet and have them do a load check on your car ,[free at most places] they can tell you what your alt. is putting out, and how the charging sys. and batt. are working.
