I put a JDM gsr in my civic and the wiring harness that came with it is for a right steering wheel car and the plugs r on opposite sides of my engine bay plugs, will a USDM gsr harness plug right in or do i need to get something else, i dont have my ex wiring harness anymore i sold the D16 that came out of my car

 

The JDM harness will work, however you will have to lengthen quite a few wires and have to reloom a lot of the harness. We've made them work before, but you'll still have to add the necessary wires for the secondary butterflies and the knock sensor.

 

Yeah I did lengthen the wires on the JDM harness and taped them back together I FINALLY got the car started today i put the coil from my D16 in and it fired right up but its got a lot of vibration, my greddy exhaust pipe is like rattling and banging against my bumper smoke is comin out and the check engine lite is on, but even with the JDM harness i need add butterflies and knock sensor huh?
