I just did a jdm gsr swap in my civic and ive been told that the wiring harness my gsr has on it comes iwth (secondary butterflies, IAB, and knock sensor wires) now the EX harness i used from my old engine the harness from the tower to the chip itself doesnt have those 3 wires, COULD that be why im losing power and my check engine lite comes on timing is correct valves arnt knocking anymore PLEASE HELP

yea. youll need to get the engine rewired for it to work properly.
