Default does anyone know if the a-pipe is part of the manifold?

I have to have my A-pipe replaced to get rid of that annoying rattle in my GSR.
My warranty says the manifold is covered so i was hoping the warranty would cover the 695 dollar bill from an acura shop to replace it.

The stock header is indeed 2 pieces. The A-pipe is the part that connects to the cat. The other solution to your problem is to get an aftermarket header. $695 would more than cover it.
