I just went up to Tahoe for some snowboarding with my car and I unexpectedly had to put on some chains (damn you weather.com!). However, since my car is lowered to boot, the chains wound up slapping a small section of my wheel well and exposing bare sheetmetal.

My question is what do I use to recoat that area so that it doesn't corrode?
