If you really want to know the PROPER answer to your question, look at your owners manual and all will be answered

do you know anyone with a car like yours that you could look at the manual? If not, go to your local Honda dealer and ask for a print out of the service intervals for your car with all the things that should be changed (serviced). I know that the timing belts on the older honda's had to be changed approx every 60,000 mi or 98,000kms. But a newer Honda like yours doesn't need the timing belt changed till like 100, 000 mi or 160,000 kms I believe. So service intervals for older Hondas will be different than yours as well as the things needing attention. 5w-30 is the oil you should be using but if you live in a very warm climate 10w-30 would be ok too.

Well you should also do the distributor, clutch fluid, brakes, tranny fluid all the good stuff basicallly and well I can't think of anything else....just check everything....10w-30 only if it never goes under 20f otherwise 5w-30 just so you know(I got bored and read the manual.)

Man, he asked for what to do in a tune up, not for someone to tell him to go look into a manual .

Do NGK spark plugs, Fuel Filter, Oil, Oil filter, it would be good to just use 5w30. **** the 10w30. unless your in IRAN. you COULD run 20w50 if you want, ....y could run ow30 if you want...its whatever you like better...not these dicks.

Do your timing belt, in ever honda I had...they would snap after around 75 to 79K miles. no matter what. so grab one of those. get a new cap and rotar for the dizzy, you can flush the coolant, tranny fluid....pcv valve if you have one....and new air filter. air up tires to right psi if you care..blah blah blah. thats about all you do.

I told him to look in the manual because that WILL answer his question that he asked and answer it correctly. Your response is nothing more than your opinion based on your "feelings" about what should be done. This is Honda-Tech, not Honda-Opinion. The only way for people to learn anything is to start doing things for themselves so it's better if we point them in the right direction in the first place rather than give them conflicting "opinions" from 5 different people.

you dont necessarily have to replace all of those... the distributor cap and rotor i would check to see if they were worn... it is pretty easy to see if those are bad.. same with the spark plugs to see if they are worn.. plug wires are a bit more difficult but if u do it in the dark and see if the wires arc..... oil change is an obvious.. i would put an additive for cleaning out the inside of the engine while doing the change.. be sure to buy one that gets added before the oil is drained.. they have some you add with the new oil and that makes no sense to me at all. fuel filter is something else i would replace without a doubt.. some fuel injector cleaner wouldnt be a bad idea... air filter can be checked.. thats about all i can think of.. i usually just fix things as needed instead of all at once.
