Default Turn signal reply, bad?!

I am experiencing a constant clicking in my turn signal relay. I replaced the switch with a new one in prayers the problem would be alleviated. To no avail, it still persists. The turn signals work, but when the turn signal arm is at rest, the signal clicker continue to eke out that annoying sound at a faster pace. Has anyone experience this before? If so, how was it corrected? Great thanks in advance

I think a double speed turn single is due to a burned out bulb. Don't quote me but that could be your problem.
