i have this setup on my ep. handles great in the corners. not too stiff and not too bouncy. perfect for my needs. easy to adjust. i have them on for about 3 months now and the ride is perfect. i got them from showstoppers for about $1050. send me a message if you happen to have more question. peace.

i got the progress because it's around my budget. and plus, it's already been track tested so i knew it's gonna be a good coilover. the greddy si that competed in the si challenge has this setup. the hasport si has this setup also so i know what it can do.

yes, the dampening is set just right. in other words, you CANNOT adjust the damper. but its perfect for my needs, not too stiff, and not too bouncy.

I am running the progrss coilovers on my 04 ep and love it... The only thing I don't like is that it is not rebound adjustable..Rides as smooth as stock, just lower. Picked it up for 930 shipped too

Tein imo has gotten too big for the amount of employees they have..I like progress becuase they are a smaller company and the turnaround is quick should you have any problems
