can u use a big c clap to press your caliper piston
a kid in my auto class was sayin, he press his pistons with a big c clap. Is it possible to do that, is the c clap strong enough to press the piston in. Just wanted to know cause i never try this method before. I only use the block and fast bac tool. any comments appreicated
Of course, unless your pressing on the pedal at the same time there next to no resistance you can almost use your hand to push it in so, Now that only works on front pads not rear disk, you need to twist those as you press them in due to the parking brake issue.....

Same here.
Are we seeing a repetitive theme here yet?

But with the pry bar theres an increased chance over the C-Clap that youll push the piston in wrong and freeze the caliper. More then likely not to happen but theres still a strong chance so i just use the ol C-Clamp methode.....
