Default Blowing up your engine

Ive watched a lot of street racing video clips lately and quite a few involved people blowing up their engines, in which smoke and fire shortly ensued... I know that most people that have put turbos on their stock engines that cant handle the combustion are more likely to blow their engines, but my question is, how easy is it to blow a stock engine? I have an '00 accord v6. Its auto tranny, im almost never able to redline, and i dont take it to the track and push it constantly. Should i not be worrying about this?

I have blown up plenty of motors, from stock to modded! So it isnt hard, but most of the time it is b/c you are doing something with the motor you know you shouldn't! If you know anyone in Roanoke or have ever gone to the street races up there then you know me or at least my car!

As far as a stock engine goes dont worry about it, just take care of your car and dont do stupid ****!
