hey i just threw a quick swap together for my 90 integra(RS) obd0 b18c1 with an ls s1 tranny, i got an oem replacement clutch with new pp and bearings along with an 8lb flywheel. well i put it all together and it went up first try with only 1 person helping since it makes it a little easier. well guess what my throw out bearing doesnt hit my pp untill VERY close to the top. i was told by 3 people it wasnt enough to engage the clutch all the way. well this got me thinkin.....hey i should turn the flywheel.....too bad i got an 8 lb'er. i could go take my stock flywheel to the local shop and have it turned ALOT. this flywheel has burn marks in it so i am hesitant to.
so which should i do test my luck with the setup i baught, or use a stock one thats been turned untill my clutch is worn in?

 

you might have a bent clutch release arm

 

Cable clutch? Adjust the cable.
