what causes gunk/sludge to appear around the Throttle valve???
i had this experience very long time ago and after cleaning the TB it went away.
recently, i noticed that the gas pedal was a bit hard when i'm about to move from a dead stop. i checked the TB and i found some gunk/sludge around where the TB valve sit during close throttle so i got some carb cleaner and cloth to clean it out. i checked my charge pipes to see if my turbo oil seal is the one causing it but i found no traces of oil or sludge inside the charge pipe.
after cleaning the area around the Throttle valve, the gas pedal became normal again but after a week the problem came back again and i'm waiting for weekend so i could clean it again.
now my questions are:
1. what causes this sludge/gunk to appear around the throttle valve that caused it to stick shut and you need to step a bit harder on the gas pedal? again, i've checked the charge pipe and compressor outlet of the turbo and no traces of oil.
2. when i first drive the car in the morning, the throttle valve won't stick yet, but if i drive aggressively after few kilometers of driving, whether boosting or not, the throttle valve will start to stick and each time i'd accelerate from a stop, the gas pedal needs some effort to push. any ideas what's causing this? it seems those gunks form as i drive aggressively.
any info will be appreciated.

the pcv hook up is stock so yes, it's connected to the intake manifold. but i don't think alot of people experienced this(correct me if i'm wrong). why would the pcv put out these gunks? could there be something wrong with the engine?
My guess is the PCV system, switch to an open loop setup. All the **** in the intake manifold and TB is coming from the crankcase. (Do a search for crankcase vent, or endyne catchcan)

I don’t believe there is anything wrong with the motor. It is your PCV system. I would also recommend an open loop system to stop the problem. I am guessing most of the gunk is on the IM side of the TB
UNLESS you are getting gunk in your charge pipes of course. Check them out, especially near the turbo. You should be able to tell if you have a blown or leaky seal

i've already checked the pipings and found no traces of oil. i even check the turbo compressor outlet and no oil traces.
i think you guys are right about the pcv system but does this mean that my pcv system is pulling lots of oil/oil vapor from the crankcase? is this always normal on a boosted car? like i said, it does this before and i just clean the gunk out and it's been months til the gunk showed up again but this time it showed up again after only a week. is this supposed to be normal in a boosted car?

do you mean pics of my pcv setup? if so, i don't have a pic of the pcv setup.
the pcv system is stock. i didn't touch anything or modified anything. the pcv itself is still connected between the intake manifold runners and the hose is still connected to the intake manifold.
the only thing i've done is NOT put a breather filter on the valve cover breather hose instead i just put a mesh there coz some people tell me that breather filter can get clogged if not inspected regularly.
