umm who cares, would you want one? It's just an Integra with a Civic motor, opposite from something like the EP3 Si, which is a Civic with an Integra (RSX) motor.

In Japan gasoline is VERY VERY expensive compared to the USA (while we think our prices are high, it's actually very cheap compared to many other places in the world). Hence why you see all those tiny commuter cars in Japan and Europe, and also why they sold the Integra with a smaller, more fuel efficient engine than the DOHC B-series.

The cars share the same chassis and underpinnings, so it would be pretty logical for them to share engines, just not in all markets.

It's actually kinda like the old fox body Mustangs. Most people think of the Mustang as a muscle car or "pony" car, yet the fox body style was sold in base-model LX trim with a POS 4-cylinder engine.

Hi,

The integra pictured is called the integra ZX. There is the ZXi which also single cam, but contains LSD transmission and is also fuel injected. It has everything a SIR-G has except for the VTEC. The one you have pictured is carborated and is very slow, but still a very good car.

Thanks for listening to my nerdy post...

Patrick is 100% correct as always..... as my SN kinda states i'm swedish. When i went home to visit sweden this summer we did the math to figure out how much gas is there. Almost $7 dollars a gallon! It has always been really expensive there mainly due to the very very high tax on it. In sweden income taxes are 50% to 60%. Among the highest in the world. But having a dual citizenship and being able to travel anywhere in the european union for as long as i want it pretty tight...

have you guy forgotten that not too many people in japan or elsewhere in this case would max a civic or integras out, why would they do that when they have those monsterous cars like the lancer, sti, and the infamous GTR. It's probably just another car used as daily driven, or what we would call a winter beater!!! Better gas mileage!!!

exactly, so many people over here think Honda is all that and want all the stuff they have or had in Japan, yet in Japan Honda is more of the underdog of the automotive performance and tuning world.
