Default Engine Swap (What parts do I need?)

I have a '98 ls with USDM B18B1 block. (So it would be ODB2)

Long story short, my block is toast!

So now I'm buying a JDM B18B block to replace it, but I already did the whole head and valve work, even got new gaskets. And since I´m total ignorant about this things I ask the following:

Will I need to change any parts to go from USDM to JDM? (pistons, crank)?
Is there any problem going from OBD1 to OBD2?
What problems can I expect?

As always your comments will be much wellcome.

I think one of the biggest problem from conversion of OBD-1 to OBD-2 is that the check engine light comes on all the time.

I've heard about this, but I have OBD-1 so I don't know for sure.

Just make sure you use an OBD II dizzy, injectors, altenator, ecu, and the USDM crank fluctator sensor pulley thing .
