Default turbo charging a VTEC

im fairly new in the import business, but i would like to know what it would take in order to install a turbo charger in a 2000 Honda Accord SE with a stock B23 engine? open to all suggestions.

Its F23 not B23. All you would have to do is buy a premanu kit from DRAG or FMAX and install it, OR you can piece together your own kit. Choice is up to you.

premade is prolly the safest route to go, and also an even safer route to go (if you havnt done it already, which is sounds like you havnt) would be to study up on turboing a honda as much as you can. you cant just jump into it and think you know what youre doing. thats how you constantly blow up engine after engine. so do some research before you actually get a kit, or piece one together on ur own.

thanks u guys, but that is why im asking around, so i can get some more info on this. would u recommend starting off with something else?

find out about every little piece that needs to be there to have a sucessful turbo setup. research every little piece, every brand, every kind, everyTHING. i am more than sure that there is plenty of threads on HT that will explain everything to you. hang out in the forced induction forum like its your home away from home. those guys will prolly be the most knowledgable guys there can be when it comes to turbocharging a honda. good luck with ur research and whatever setup you plan.
