timing belt snaped !!
A piston most likely made contact with a valve or 16 and bent them causing you to not be able to create compression.
You may be lucky though. Go ahead and throw another timing belt on and see if it cranks then do a cyl leakdown test. If it won't start, go ahead and yank the head, send it off to be inspected and also look to make sure your pistons are ok.

You most likely will have at least a few bent valves. A timing belt snapping is one of the worst things that can occur. Here is a pic of a friend of mine's H23 from a few years back... timing belt went one day and bent all 16 valves, and broke a rocker arm; which he is holding in his hand.
you will probably have a bent valve. mine snapped and we thought it didnt bend any valves so we put a new t-belt on. car ran fine but shook a little at idle...did a compression test..300...300...295...0
do a compression test
