does ITB really make power for all motor?
ITB's can make little to great power depending on tuning
I have seen some setups that benefit from them and some that dont
but all in all ITB's are my choice for all motor.....
and BTW, where did you hear this?

this was covered many times, they make more hp for sure but really make alot more torque in the mid range and top end... contrast runner length, plate diameter and injector placement and this will vary rpm band, hp output and tq output.
i have a comparison dyno chart on the dyno section on my page, http://www.gbrtuning.com

i made a set of itbs out of a gixxer 750
and slamed it on a competly sstock gsr motor with 120k on it
all i had was a header and went 14.0@98 on street tires
(in a cx hatch back) i think thats what made the difference o yea and i dident have anything to tune it with it just ran like **** at like 4000rpm ran good up top
because of the messed up map single, in the next few weeks i will be making some sord of map single ajuster so get it back to the stock reading ( i am going to school for EE) so the answer is yes they are no joke

we've made jus as good hp out of intake manifolds as itb's...so it all depends. for ***** out applications yes, it would make for sense to use itb's. but for street, i'd personally rather do im for convenience...but thats jus my input...

from what i've heard, ITBs are a little less streetable. Also, there are H-motors out there w/ homemade ITBs, don't quote me but i think they come from a hayabusa or a gsx-r... but you should make sure w/ somebody else

itb's with or without filters are streetable i see i time and time again more so now than before. we've proven it. our cars run itb's daily driven without filters...yes itb's use more gas also depending on the setup it will KILL gas like no other. and with gas prices on the rise its gonna hurt.
