Need help tuning my 96' Acura Integra GSR (4 door)
I am curious if anyone has any suggestions on how I can get my quarter mile down (my fastest time so far has been 15.25). I have an AEM cold air intake, GREDDY full catback, unorthodox pulleys (including under drive), VAFC-II, and a cheater nitrous setup (approximately 30 hp shot). Is there any tuning tricks that will help me out (timing, VAFC-II tuning, etc.)? Also note that this is my every day driver so I don't want my gas mileage to change to much or to over work my engine because this is my only car.
P.S. Does anyone know of a good mechanic or tuner in or around Bakersfield California? (Approx. 1 hour north of Los Angeles)

PRACTICE...With those mods, you should be in the low 14's like stareatsun said. I have heard of GSR's hitting mid 14's with just i/h/e. They are rare though. How do you launch?
Im not sure my 60' is between 2.3 and 2.4 but then my 1/8 is between 10.01 to 10.8 so my times are pretty close to each other so if im doing some thing wrong it every time don't know what it could be Its hard for me to get out the hole (off the tree) lots of wheel hop and spinning the tires. Im installing some energy suspension inserts so if any ones got any tips I would appreciate it i still think something is not right on my car . I don't know what are some suggestion's
Take it to a dyno to optimize your setup. A little bit of dyno time could give you 10whp if your setup is suffering from lack of tuning. Is your car lowered? That may be one of the other reasons. Stiffer springs out back will help keep your front tires planted when you launch. The front end 'lifts' up when you launch out of the hole. What kind of tires are you running? The only time I experienced wheel hop was when I was running sticky tires on my stock suspension. Hope this helps...
