Default Resetting TDC

Well, I finally found out why I have to run my car fully advanced. My timing belt is off a tooth or more. How? I dunno, but is there a way I can reset it to TDC without pulling the cam pulley?

And if not, how do I go about removing the cam pulley?

You mean the crank pulley???

You will have to take it off to get to the timing belt. Don't worry though, it should be a non-issue if you have access to air tools or one of those crank pulley tools.

I have access to air tools. I just want to make sure it is the timing belt before I go at it. And I am not totally sure if that is the problem.
