i get a code 1 as soon as i turn on the car. i've checked wires,different ecu and o2 sensors. tried resetting the ecu every time but does not work. i'm running a 95 gsr in 93 hatch with p72 drag turbo fmu. all obd1

 

Its OBD one but you have 2 02's? You should have 1 4 wire 02.
Is the 02 good? wired right?
And wrong fourm.

 

only one o2 and it's new, all wires ran right
