Default Steering Wheel Pulstates at 60mph

Just recently I noticed that when I reach about 60 mph, the steering wheel pulsates. Its not constant, but about every other second. Any idea's on what it could be? Somebody told me it could be my power steering pump, but that didnt make sense to me, cause I am going strait and it doesnt happen till 60mph.

Your tires are probably out of balance.
