Default ignition fuse blown , AC/Radio/headlights wont work!! Helpp!

I own a EJ 96 Civic Coupe Vti.
a friend was installing an apexi auto timer in my ride but didnt take the negative off the battery. while soldering the wires to the ignition coil he blew my ignition fuse, ive replaced the fuse but now my engine wont start and my ac/radio/headlights and interior lights wont work.
when i turn the ignition to on. the test lights come on allright.
what could be the problem? ive checked the fuses for radio and lights, its all fine..
any help?

Is it like when you go to turn the car over you just hear a click and everything turns off? Check your engine grounding wires, all RELATED fuses in engine bay and under dash..and check the POWER DISTRIBUTION (should be 80 AMP) big fuse it's the first one in the EB fuse box.

the battery fuse 80 amps ryte? yep its fine, when i go the start the engine.. it sounds like its starting.. but it doesnt start? kinda like when you have lowbattery power and you try to start the engine..

i've checked every single fuse in my engine bay including the abs/motor check fuse box and those under the dash too.. all are fine..

i couldnt have blown a relay right? because all my friend did was touch the power wire and one of the screws on the ignition coil. and the ignition fuse(40 amps) should have blown before anything else got damaged...
