**** off, i did a search but since your ****** prelude people are limited to knowledge about their own cars, i couldnt. dont start mouthin off. i didnt. i simply stated what the ******* block said, and i was curious cause i thought the the F series motors were in accords and were SOHC. i seen this F23 DOHC motor in this 94 lude and wondered what ******* head was on it. thats all thats it.

F22b1 maybe?
The paperwork on accords I get in the shop say F23a4, but they all have the SOHC F22 underhood. People are silly and call engines the wrong thing all the time.

Geez, cool down mang. It probably is what it says. F23 block and grafted a h23 head. Would not be the first frankenstein setup.
Seriously though, Shakes has a point.

the f23 is not a stock lude engine nor is it one that is commonly swapped into a lude, so we do know about our own cars which is why we don't have information on an f23....its not one that comes in our car, some guy put an nsx engine in a crx, does that mean that crx people can give us info about an nsx engine???
