Default ITR or quaife LSD?

I own a 97 GSR turbo and plan to add a LSD. I know that the quaife and the ITR LSD are very similar, but is the ITR as good as the quaife, ad is it as tough?

I am wondering the same thing. I am going to buy an LSD and I am leaning towards either the Quafe or the ITR. I don't think that I want the Kazz because of the need to rebuild it.

the ITR LSD is not very good. An ITR owner himself told me that so please do not flame me!

Some people say the itr lsd is great and some says that they suck
but overall the Quaife, Kazz, or ATS will be a big improvement
You will not regret it

quaife, is way better also lifetime warranty doesn't hurt either...

lots of ITR owner upgrade their OEM LSDs because to simply put it they suck when power reaches a certain level, also they do not work all that well in straight line...

I recommend a quaife. Having raced with one this whole year (on a crx) on the track, it works very well.

I still do not see what is wrong with the ITR lsd. I find that it is awesome on the track and especially autox. This is with stock power. I don't really care for it not to "work well" on a straight line, since it's coming out of the corners that you really appreciate having it. (Why, how would an lsd work in a straight line anyways?)

LSDs can be helpful on the straights esp. for the drag racer fans here...!

I have a KAAZ myself but I'm starting to wish I kept my stock LSD or went with the Quaife instead...

Maintenance vs. performance is something to consider....some people can justify it...others.... cannot....and me....well I'm just sitting on the fence....

I just got rid of my Kaaz in favor if a Quaife, and i have to say, the Quaife is way better. Maybe it was because my Kaaz was worn, and i forgot what it worked like when new, but i love the Quaife. Plus, you dont have to use expensive a$$ Kaaz oil in your tranny. Also, the Quaife is much quieter, especially when its cold(lol, florida cold ). Just my $.02
