Default Friends hatch mestup after headswap

Hey, My friend has a 1991 canadian built Civic Hatchback with a D15b. We burnt two exhaust vavles racing a dodge intrepid home(we won by the way). It used oil, and smoke alilbit before it burnt the valves for atleast 6000miles. We went to j.i.s here in arlington and got a rebuilt/redone dx head that allows his car to pull all the way too 6500. We got the head on today but it smokes ridiculously bad :cry :confused, the car is MUCH faster than it was before but it smokes like a ************. can someone please tell me what the **** is wrong with my friends Hatch.

Can you give me the right torque specs and sequence. He told me he just used the specs from his zc motor he is building . Tommorow we are goona take the head off and get new bolts, dowel pins, and some more stuff. Oh also there is a bolt on the bottom of the intake manifold that goes to a support brace, we couldnt get it on but its making a whistling sound, does that need to be plugged or is it something else thats not plugged or tightend all the way.
