Default 11.5 to 1 compression question

Im going to be running 11.5 to 1 compression in my b18c1. My question is will that be too much for some skunk2 stage 1 cams? Will the static compression be to high?

yes that comp ratio is good if you have a decently flowing head you will be using 85% of the cams potential

yes 85% of the max lift/duration compared to a 1.8-2.0 ltr engine with a volumetric eficiency of 100 basically the less air you can move through an engine the smaller cam profile you will need
