which is better?!

im thinking to buy a jdm d15b vtec i just found a good deal, but what i really like is d16z6 which is better?!

they are almost the same, i would go with the jdm d15b vtec.

the d16z6 probably has alot of miles on it.

how about the torque between those two? do you think it will pass emissions if i put a jdm d15b?

its JDM - i doubt it will pass smog unless you go through the long lengthy process of making your car JDM or sumthin haha.
