Default Canadian Spec Type R LSD?

hopefully i don't get flamed (again) for asking another possible noob question BUT... Did the CDN Spec Type R, being the 1999 model, come with an lsd also? I know there are some slight differences between the US and CDN models so yeah, Anyone?

I am almost positive that the guy who is local that had one said it had one.

I am almost positive that the 99 spec had it, but cannot be that extra 2% sure.

Yes, they had Torsen axles just like the others.

There are a couple of Virginians with '99 ITR, and they are clearly marked as LSD.
