Default question about gas

I did a search and couldnt find anything about the h22. I have a 2000 h22a4 in a 94 accord. I have supertech valves, valve springs and retainers and also stage 2 crower cams. Just wondering what octane i should run. I figure i should run 91 or 93. Also is 100 octane to run to high. Thanks for the help?

You should most definately be running premium gasoline. Are you still running the stock compression?

With stock compression 10:1 you should be using 91 octane. Jdm 10.6:1 and type S 11:1 will do okay on pump gas . After that it's something like every .5:1 gain in compression can use an extra octane.

yeah stock compression basically. The valves added a very little bit of compression b/c i switched from domed valves to flat valves.
