What is the two wire plug? I know the other three..obvioulsy

I just finished putting a jdm type-r motor in a obd1 GSR. I have the GSR dizzy, injectors, and no harness (long story) I do have a obd1 vtec eg harness, can i use this harness? I figured if i re-pinned the two wires above into the plugs to correspond to the eg harness, I'd be straight? Any thoughts? Someone help, my girl is overly anxious to have her teg.
