Default Tranni problem? Need help

It is very hard to engage and sometimes dissengage gears while driving. When sitting still, no problem. I thought it was clutch, but I can still get a 2nd gear scratch. I checked trani fluid and it was about 3/4 quart low. now its full and just as bad. I put brand new type r final drive and lsd in and had it cleaned up about 2,000 miles ago and just now having problems. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds to me as if your synchro is going bad! Typical problem to happen in honda trannys! Most likely has nothing to do with your final drive and lsd install!

I have trouble shifting into every gear, it just grinds going into third which it did before. Now it is just worse. I haven't tried new clutch. I don't have money to spend on possibility. Would the fact that the fluid was low be a concern?

if its a problem for every gear, then it is clutch

does the car shift fine with the car off?
how about with the car at idle?

I believe you are right. I drove today and I definately feel something in the clutch. The engagement point is changed. I feel vibration in clutch pedal. Something is seriously jacked. I am looking at the Exedy stage 2 cerametallic thick disk. Any opions?
