swaping out carbuerated

when swaping out a carbuerated d15 for a bseries is there any difference than a normal swap

what car is it going in? If it is in fact a carb'ed car you'd need a new fuel lines, fuel pump, wiring harness, ECU and all that is associated with EFI.
