my senior project: rebuilding a b16
i am doing my senior project on rebuilding a b16a. i need any info about specs or info about a stock b16. i need the compress, bore size and any use full information possiable. my paper is focused on a making a tubro charged b16a. so i need to compare a stock to a low comperssion b16 and say what is need to been done to boost around 10-15 psi or more. thanks for any and all help and info.
search for this info. or buy a manual. if you don't know the bore size and you're doing a project about rebuilding the entire engine, you have a lot of work ahead of you. i'll give you a little bit.
cr = 10.2:1
bore = 81mm (3.189")
stroke = 77.4mm (3.047")
rod = 134.67mm (5.301")
from there you should be able to figure out CCD, CID. i recommend a search tho.
