hey, i have a 91 crx Si, when i started it up today, i drove it and notice it would bog down each time i shifted into a new gear, but would gain back its power when i floored it, then my rpm guage when wak and dropped to 0 until i turned my lights back on, my ECU made a beep noise, and my lights got dim, the idle would flucuate from 1500 rpm to 1000 rpm almost cutting off, when i got my battery charged from my dads car, it ran fine, any ideas what the problem might be?
Now today it started smoking, but the battery seems charged, so the alternator prob might be gone, but now i might have another problem, i start it up and it idles around 500 rpm, billowing white smoke

it smells light unburnt gas coming from the exhaust

 

my brother has a distributor from a 93 1.5L hatchback, dont think it would work on a 1.6L...

no it wont. 92-95 is OBD-1
