Hey for all of us that live in Florida Lets all hope that Ivan leaves us alone. For anyone that doesn't know about Ivan......Its a CAT 5 Hurricane headed for the Florida Panhandle, Sustained Winds of 160mph and gust of 200+!!! It's a dangerous storm headed right now towards my home town of Pensacola, FL. Everyone not in the line of Ivan please pray for all of us in Florida! The only good side of the storm coming our way is that we will actually have some surf for once!

Is there such a thing as hurricane insurance in florida? Id say its a pretty good thing to have right now, especially on your teg.

 

yea there is insurance that covers it...

my teg has been in the garage the past two storms...praying it doesnt have to stay in there thru a third..

 

Well Im in Jax, and we never get hit when the hurricanes come through, and then there was Frances. She didn't really destroy anything, but knocked a few trees over, and left me and many others without power for 5+ days. So, lets hope Ivan doesnt knock out the power, being without a/c for 5 days sucks! especially in FL

 

no ac def sucks...i went to miami all last week cuz they were untouched...

 

We actually recently just had a tornado go through downtown madison and it didnt even do much. But it was still freaky. I cant imagine 3 straight major hurricanes with even the remote possibility of hitting where i live. Good luck guys and save your tegs if you can.
