Default lightweight battery installed

So I swapped out my yellow top Optima for a Hawker Genesis G13epx battery; the battery is 10 pounds, 12 V 13 aH. I know that most people use the Hawker Odyssey pc625 or Genesis G16, which are both 12 V 16 aH batteries. I'm a little concerned that i'm going to run into issues with my battery but everything is working nicely at this point. The only thing that i've noticed is that my headlights are a bit dimmer than before, when I was using the Optima. Any of you guys experience any like this after switching to a lightweight battery like the Hawker or Spoon?
I don't know much about battery specifications so it would be great if someone can explain why this would happen. Thanks for any input guys. Btw, saving ~ 20 pounds off the front end is great....

Hope you aren't still using the oem bulbs... I couldn't see anything with them in. Went and just used some el cheapo apc hyper whites or something and it was a world of difference.
