Default h22a/h23 hybrid turbo block build up

I have some questions regarding this setup, as im planning to take this route.

I currently have two full h22a longblocks, one USDM, and one JDM. Some of you may have read in the other threads about it, but I had spun a bearing on my USDM. What I plan to do is, get my hands on a h23 crankshaft, Crower H23 rods, and some JE 9:1 H23 pistons. I am going to resleeve my block through Bensons.

Now what my question is, I know the build "can" work, but what im worried about is the oil squitters possibly being hit by the crank, I think I remember reading with some modification you can get them to fit. All tho I really cannot remeber the facts. Other question is, since Im gaining this stroke, do you think I will be sacraficing any of my top end rpm? Possibly reducing my redline?

And my final question is, do you think it is worth it, to go through gaining the 2.3L even tho I will be boosting it.

The reason I am considering it is, I need a new crankshaft regardless, and Im replacing pistons and rods. Why not gain that extra .1 L in the process
