what fuel pressure setting should i set???

what fuel pressure setting should i set???

its is a stock b20vtec right noe is at 41-42 psi with vacum on.. wot is at about 50 psi.. is that ok i just got a intake and catback exaust..

is this correct??

any help is appreshiated.. TIA
