For sale from my 99 GSR B18C1 motor that had been converted to OBD1. This is an OBD2 GSR header because there is no place for an 02 sensor that why i had to use this extension piece to use it as an OBD1 header. This header comes w/ the extension piece and 02 sensor. Will ship for $30 to the USA only.

LS heads have studs coming out of the head for the header to bolt up to w/ nuts and the GSR the header bolts up with only 2 studs and the rest are bolts that go into the head...

 

but its still the same pattern with the holes right?

 

not sure, do a search to find out. but it probably is same...
