Default Loose rockers....help please

Ok i just got my b16 head back from the machine shop, I had new valves and valve stem seals put in along with having the head shaved. Now I go home and torque the my fresh head down and notice that one set of rockers is really loose. They flop up and down freely and dont stay positioned up like the others do if I wish to flip them up. Its the 3 rockers closest to the dizzy. How do I fix this so i can put my cams in and finish this damn engine?
