anyone in washington wanna help me fix my p72 that someone attempted to chip and was not successfull. needless to say i didnt pay em but i would pay someone to make this one work.

 

im not in washington but know of a guy on here that chips 4 70 and returns it with a chip to ur needs

i chip too but he has vouches so u won t have to worry

 

yeah the guy chipped it but said it wouldnt work. he said it was in limp mode though. but i need to find someone local. thanx

 

if u can take pics of it i can tell u whats wrong
and u can just take it to an electronics shop and have them do the soldering

 

dude go to carb connection in kirkland they chipped my ECU they are a hondata dealer and AEM they should be able to help u out...i paid 75 for them to chip my ecu with any base map i wanted...ask for Alex

 

nice that sounds kewl i can shoot over there before i go to school. I'll put some pics up to. man this sucks cuz my car is in the shop waitin to be tuned with no ecu. thanks guys

 

ahh hell this digital camera sucks. One thing i noticed was that the empty footprint chip is a cd74hcT373e that just a different brand of the common ones?? or is that wrong? theres the caps in C51+52 they say 104 on them. R52 is blank. and of coarse R54 doesnt exist like it does on the p28s correct. so no worrys there. On my girlfriends chipped p13 she has a resistor in R52. should i since i dont have R54. This sucks. but at least theres a place to go fairly local. since you mentioned that place in kirkland. i wish i could get a quality pic. I've compared to a photo i got from a search on here(SEE BELOW). And i checked continuity also and everything looks/sounds (LOL) good. - i know its not funny but im pissed. and it helps
so is this what it should look like? (P72) obviously they didn't use the caps but otherwise??
